Is there any kind of company in or around austin that helps find jobs/refers for my painting/remodel buisness?

I have my own painting/remodeling business with 20yrs of experience here in austin but business isnt booming, i was wondering if there were any companys that help painting/remodeling contractors find jobs? You know like one of those places were they find the work for you and they get a amount for finding me the work? Please help my buisness is suffering this time of year. Thanks for any advice
