Is Austin ,TX is better for living ,Education than Indinapolis,IN?

I want to move Austin,Tx from Indinapolis,IN ,i want to know that if it is better to move over there?How is education & busineeses over there?My work is related with Fine art & wood work also like Mall's Kiosk..

Trust me It's much better. I had to go to Tech, it seemed all through schooling in Indy I failed. When I moved to Texas my grades went up to a,b,and c's. They care about you, unlike the schools in Indy.
Plus Texas is a beautiful place to live. My Brother lives in Austin.
