Does anyone know how long you have to fill out an accident report in a daycare?

if it's anything like everything else, hospitols and so on, it should be done as soon as the attending person (adult or caregiver) is made aware of the accident.

As a general rule of thumb, if the accident is not believed to be life threatening, it should be done by the first person notified (unless that person is not qualified to fill out that particular report by the rules of the facility), before your shift ends. If not, you can be considered liable for any injury or damage that may worsen over time, or at least become more evident over time.

Unless of course, you are the parent and you want to report that there was some sort of an accident... You basically, in this case, have as long as you want... however, right away is still a good idea.
