Where can I find an underground punk music record store in Austin?

I just moved to Austin and I am looking for a record store where I can find underground punk vinyls, and CDs. Please don't tell me Waterloo, I have been there and I couldn't find what I am looking for.

There's a little place down off South Congress that might have what you're looking for. It's about a block west of Congress. I have no idea what it's called, but if I remember right, it's behind that funky Mexican antique store that's on the corner of Congress and another street. Somebody reading this should be able to recognize the place I'm talking about and give you a better description. If not, you should be able to find it by wandering around in the area.

Also, there's a small record store up on North Loop that specialized in punk at the time I was last there (at least a year ago). If you go to the North Loop area (I guess probably North Loop between Lamar and Duval) there's a record store near some thrift stores- you can't miss it.

In general, for being a town that's all about music, if you ask me, the record stores here suck. I don't collect vinyl though so maybe there's a better selection of vinyl.
