Does anyone know if there's a building that can be used as a record store anywhere on 6th Street in Austin,TX?

A place on 6th street that can be bought and turned into a record store.

Ask at a commercial real estate office..

I am afraid I don't know of anything off hand, but I would think most stores can be turned into a record store. I would drive down the street and see what is currently not occupied, most will have signs in about leasing. You can also try a commercial real estate agent...Good Luck. We need one down there.
