R.G.T., INC. in Farmers Branch, TX - Scam?

Received postcard stating money's in "unclaimed refunds" found from research. Is this a scam? Has anybody ever called them to find out? I'm looking for a proper answer to this rather than an "Oh, I got one too." I'll call them if no answers come up, but I would prefer to find out the truth before hand.

I received the postcard also. I checked with my attorney and he said, "You bought a new house last year. It could be homestead related. That is the "SCAM" I have seen most of them pull." Report It
