Dead birds? |
I heard on the news about the ten mile stretch of dead birds but never got to hear the outcome. Does everyone know what this was all about? Oh, sorry, I forgot to mention this was in Austin, TX. Since, I live in Houston, and know Austin well.. I was intrigued by this also. The last I heard it was some sort of ""natural phenomenon"" or maybe poison put out by yet another nut case.... but I'm still wary? Something just isn't jelling here. Especially since bird experts from all corners of the globe are here to investigate, and not a one is making a peep. heard about it but dont know why they died they said they were gonna test them and that it wasnt bird flu... ps watch the movie dead birds it is scary I do not know, but it cannot be good.. I heard about a similar situation in Idaho; turns out the birds had eaten some seed that had been sprayed with a pesticide. From what I can find online, the powers that be think that the grackles were deliberately poisoned - they're nuisance birds to most people, and it happens pretty often. Fox 7 reported that they will wait for the investigation results to undate us on that. I'm not quite sure it was ten miles but I do know that congress downtown was a literal parking lot. |
