There's a place off I 35 at either Howard or Grand Ave that will take it and pay you for it too. Otherwise contact the local blood bank or the Red Cross. I'm sure either will gladly give you a good referral.

The Red Cross website says to call 1-800-448-3543 for information on donating plasma.

The Blood and Tissue Center of Central Texas is probably the most likely place to be able to accomplish this. Their website is http://bloodandtissue.org.
