What does a bid or proposal consist of in order to submit for a job? it should include the work you are going to perform, the hours it will take you, the cost of your hourly rate and any incidentals, plus it should list your conditions. If, for instance, you wont do a specific portion or if you have a certain way of doing it, you should list that out on your bid.
