I need to receive a very important message from someone and it has yet to appear! Why is this taking so long?

Why is a message I need to recieve taking so long? I need to have it.

Is it an email? If so, maybe you need to check your email settings and make sure it wasn't forwarded to your junk mail folder by accident.

what kind of message PHONE?SNAIL MAIL?E MAIL?
CONTACT THAT SERVICE AND SEE IF THE MESSAGE WAS DELIVERED TO SOMEONE ELSE OR WHAT IS THE PROBLEM

And we're supposed to help you with this in what way???
