I live in an apartment where the managemnt seems questionable, how would i go about addressing this issue?

checking various websites leaves me confused. and today i got locked out of my apartment (as did someone else). i have had them leave messes, enter my apartment without my permission as well as let the cable company enter without notification. and i have been walked in on. they always say 'okay thank you we'll correct that problem' yet they don't miss a beat to hand out notifications requesting money from me. i am mystified...can someone breakdown for me what's going on? thanks.

You should move as soon as your lease is up, sooner if you are able. I can tell you that I live in an absolutely fantastic apartment complex, I have never been happier. It's called Towne Oaks at 500 E. Anderson near the intersection of I-35 & 183. The property is lovely, the office staff is beyond helpful, and maintence is top-notch. Many residents have been there 30 years or more. It is very affordable and there are lots of different floorplans. My apartment has never been entered without at least 24 hours notification or at my request.

I chose this complex based on what other people had to say at apartmentratings.com. Check it out and I promise you'll be happier.
