How do I find out county rules?

My family is wanting to open a resturant, how do we find out about noise levels, if video games and pooltables are aloud etc.. I looked in the county codes and ordiances, but it didn't list things like this. Thanks.

Start with the Building INspector's office and go from there. America likes small businesses...there are lots of people to help you. Check out SCORE.

Police dept should be able to tell you since they are the ones that enforce it at least that is how it is here which is just N of Atlanta. 55 decibles at 50 feet is the standard in most counties around Atlanta but do not go by that because some counties are stricter about it.
