Is Stone Ridge at ViningS AT downtown a great area to live in?

i am thinking about renting a town home in this area.... i am moving from capitol hill in washington dc which is a very good neighborhood and i am willing to live in a neighborhood that is a little ethnic diverse but nothing that will make me affraid to park my car...my parents are still making the payments on this car... i am also a 21 year old female who would be living by herself

I don't know this complex personally but I do know that it looks old. According to one site it was built in 1971 and has never been remodeled. The few online reviews I did read weren't very good.

On the plus side, Vinings is a great area to live and there is a lot of new construction in the area. I think you could do better. Look for a place that is brand new or only a few years old.

A young single woman should not have to live in an older run down apartment.
