Beauty salon question, In the state of GA?

In the state of georgia, do you have to have a cosmetologist license to own a beauty salon?

The Georgia State Board of Cosmetology does licensing for cosmetologists you can contact them at Post Office Box 13446, Macon, Georgia 31208 478.207.1300 478.207.1363 (fax) and ask whether shop owners must be licensed or if only operators need to have licenses.

You might need an establishment license. Check that too...because you would be subject to inspections by the Board of Health.
