I am doing job in manufacturing company as a Sales Coordinator.but i want to make carrier in HR so how to prepare for this side & how to change the job?how to prepare Resume for this?

You need to show your customer service areas. HR is mainly customer service and dealing with empoyees. If you don't have any experience in it, you will probably have to find a job at the bottom and work up.

Go to shrm.org The Society for Human Resource Managment. A lot of employers want to become certifed by them. They aslo have a list of jobs for HR.
